I’ve had to work with some Gen-Z kids for the past few weeks, and they are a different kind of special. They’re all lazy, dumb, or a dangerous combination of both. No common sense. They can’t go more than an hour without “sneaking” (and I use that term VERY loosely) a puff of their weed pen. They constantly complain about having to actually do work while at work, despite being paid very well to do so. They blame everything on Trump despite not being able to name their district’s representative or either of their senators. Millennials take way too much grief. At least they have some semblance of common sense and work ethic. We’re doomed when Gen-Z starts running the show...I’m terrified for what the next generation will look like. Now get off my lawn.

At least you aren’t a millennial who has to grow up with these idiots. I’m very concerned for my future because of these idiots

I have noticed when I have to deal with younger millennials or even Gen Z people that they have much less decorum on average. Everything is quick and shorthand and if I have to press them on anything like any customer service questions the attitude I get is “why are you making this harder for me?”

My nephew had his first "real" job this summer and his bosses loved him. Evidently showing up on time every day makes you stand head and shoulders above he rest.

Are you a younger millennial or something? I don't really have much interaction with Gen Z people at work yet although I have Gen Z kids.

It’s like I tell the young kids in my family, show up to work on time and just do your job, and you’ll already be better than most. Pretend to care a little bit, and you’ll be a rockstar to management. It’s sad, but that’s the way it is now.

Gen-Z will be the equivalent of the Greatest Generation.

They will have to be tough to survive and rebuild after the Millennials get done with the Country.

Weed pens and complaining. Next thing you know they will explode the national debt and get us involved in a 20+ year war.
