another reason why moving away from Louisiana is the best thing you can do for your kids. Putting your kids in public school in Louisiana (anywhere other than maybe SOME St. Tammany schools) should be considered child abuse.

they are kids. i have the same problem with 2 little white girls coming to play with my little girl. i just simply tell them on the weekdays we dont usually play after school. I too get the "aww but plzzz" "only for 30mins?!?!". I even talked to their mom and she was cool with it. just be an adult take it up with their parents if they get too demanding.

Have you asked your daughter about it? Is she continuing to invite them over? I don't have a daughter but the whole thing seems odd. When i was a kid all the neighborhood kids played together boys and girls but I guess things have changed in the almost 3 decades since i was a kid.
