31 here. The quiz had a lot of ambiguous and/or nonsensical questions. It assumes a large percentage of respondents are blacks, women or gays. It's a quiz for Hillary voters.

At its root there is something sympathetic about the idea. Some people are born with less (particularly disabled and such people who can't care for themselves), and this should be taken into account. Also, just being a conscientious person you should take into account individual's personal situations when interacting with people. It's just being nice. But these people use the idea like assholes. They look for any way to rationalize being a victim. Instead of looking at individuals they look to generalize and find guilt.

Exactly. You have to be a real arse to not realize someone with a disability is disadvantaged. But this shite gets overblown. I know people from ALL walks of life that have chosen to make something of themselves. Are all of their lives perfect? No. Is mine? No. Hell, I know some people of different ethnicities with higher levels of education than me. Some with lower in higher positions than me.
It's all bullshite to say just who you are is enough to hold you back or propel you forward. It's a cop out for laziness and failure. Does it affect situations? Sure. Is that my fault? No. I can't change my skin color, nor my background.
