It's all males and we pull data cabling for a living. It's the opposite of PC.

My workspace is my home office 99% of the time. When I actually go in it's pretty lax.
One just needs to exercise common sense.

We are about a 5. Used to be a 9 until the resident SJW left, she reported so many people to HR and even went over the company presidents head on one occasion.

Not very. We're expected to be professional and appropriate with outsiders.
