My mother was 19 and my pops was 24

Dad skipped two years of school and graduated with Mom in ‘42.
He was 15 at graduation and she was 17.
He went off to WWII and came back as a man in ‘47 and she was finishing her nursing program at Johns Hopkins.
They got married in ‘47, had four other kids before having me (their last) in ‘61.
He was 35 and she was almost 37.
I had mine at 27, 30 & 36.
Wouldn’t change a thing.

Dad 36, Mom 28. After having 2 girls at 28 and 30, Dad wanted to try once more for a son. Wish granted. Although I always wanted a brother, I thoroughly enjoyed the high school sleep overs my sisters had. A few of their friends were smoke shows.

They were both 23. My girlfriend and I are both 40. I am hoping we don’t have kids. Little worried when I hear people getting pregnant in their 40s. I am not in the clear yet.
