Y'all are more like gen z
I see where you are coming from, but I feel I have way more in common with those born in 1990 than born in 2000 and later. Every generation thinks that the ones before and after them suck - some things never change.

We have a whole crew like that where I work. Are they getting they're jobs done? Yeah, mostly, but it's a huge pain in the arse to deal with them.
I don't like dealing with the old dudes in New Balance tennis shoes who show up at 6:15 and leave at 3PM, either.
I get in at 10 minutes to 8:00 almost every day and really roll my eyes at anyone who deviates from that more than 30 minutes either way. This is not a frickin' country club we're running.
Take it up with your superior.

I did. The conversation was basically like this:
Me: "I don't like working with these people. I found another job."
Him: "Please stay. Here's more money."
So here we are. I don't have much respect for them though. Get a damned alarm clock.

22 years old
Up at 530, at work at 7 am
I just graduated and its an adjustment getting to work that early while most of my friends are still either in school or start work at 9... but my paycheck is a lot nicer than theirs
