How often do you have your ac serviced?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of an OT 8 who makes house calls?
Annual inspection cleaning on the HVAC system.
Ask around who folks you trust use for the HVAC work.

I'd highly recommend having both indoor and outdoor coils cleaned right away.

The service contracts can be a very good deal if it is a company that doesn't up sell the shite out of you.
Also, if you're in North Louisiana, DO NOT CALL Dubach Air and Heat, Inc. They do horrible work.

I service mine once a year since I know the upstairs unit has a very, very slow leak and takes 2-3 lbs Freon each spring. With 3 units at 20 years old, I know I am just buying time until a major replacement is going to have to happen.
