Jesus Christ. People could end all police brutality if they just did what they are told. You can fight it in court, it is REALLY not that hard.

Not a big fan of cops, but this guy was asking for it. You should probably actually know the law before you try to use it as a crutch.

While I agree that this guy is an absolute moron and deserved to get dragged out of the vehicle, does the officer ever state his intentions? Like does he have to legally say hey bro if you don't give me what I want I'm going to break your window, taste you and pull you out of this car?
