I pay 104 a month for full coverage (more than state minimum plus some extras) on a newish toyota camry. I could have paid about 70 if I wanted to drop it some. Still a student so couldn't afford the o/t baller 6 month payments. gotta hang on to as much capital as possible right now.

I pay almost $100.00 a month. No way am I carrying minimum in New Orleans/Metairie. I know three people in the last year who were hit by people who had no insurance. There was nothing they could do...That is complete BS. Geico has gone up $20.00 a month for this reason.

Anyone who drives without UM/UIM is crazy IMO. There are so many uninsured or underinsured drivers on the road these days.
It doesn't take much to hit $15,000 in medicals either.

This is for Texas. I have progressive but did have usaa. Usaa is generally among the cheapest except for teenage drivers. But since step son is 18 and no longer wants to really drive we took him off.
