I'm not much on coffee. Maybe a cup every two weeks.

About a gallon. Also drink a cup of coffee in the mornings and a cup or two of green tea in the afternoon.

I wonder if theres anyone similar to me, there is rarely a point in the day I'm not drinking something. Whether it be water, orange juice, tea, green tea, sodas here and there, beer, wine, bourbon, hell even kombucha. Almost a certainty that im addicted to the act of drinking.

I drink roughly 16-20 ounces of water as soon as I wake up. Then I hit the office and have coffee all day and water all day. Probably 100 ounces of water easily. In the evening I'm either drinking beer or some hot "sleepy time" tea to help me sleep depending on the day.

I do drink 10-12 ounces of whiskey on nights I bang your mom.

I usually get 3 30oz Yetti Ramblers while at the office daily. Couple cups at night while home. Rarely drink soft drinks anymore.

Probably around 50-60 oz of water. I do drink a ton of coffee (throughout the day) and a cup or two of Sportea here and there throughout the day.

I can answer this question for everybody here:

Enough or more.

If you are alive and well then you get enough water. The excess is removed by your kidneys and pissed out.

Drink when you are thirsty is the only advice any human needs.

This is assuming that your brain is working correctly (to tell you when you are thirsty), and your kidneys are working correctly (to balance out the excess fluid and electrolytes).

Dumb thread.

I drink 2.5L of water everyday. That is about a little over a gallon or so a day. I quit drinking soda and rarely do I have milkshake or something of the like.
