How much sleep have you been getting during the faux pandemic?

Can’t complain. Working from home, I feel I go to bed at 10 every night and wake up around 7-7:30 to let the dog out. Haven’t set an alarm since March. I’ll put on a bullshite mask for that.

Pre pandemic I got about 5-6 hours a night.

Can count on one hand the amount of times I slept more than 8 hours since March.

Sleep makes you weak. Like water. Water makes you weak. Water is for washing blood off that uniform and you don't get no blood on my uniform,

I dont take naps, but I'm definitely enjoying waking up at 0630-0700 and dozing off until 0800 and walking downstairs, fix coffee and start working in my gym shorts and tshirt

I'll get around to taking a shower and brushing my teeth around noon

I have to get up twice a week to get on the road and check in at my office, check mail and pay some bills...or just go play around...but this laid back work environment is nice.

All the liquor makes me really sleepy but the crank keeps me awake, so, ‘bout the same.

My schedule has been all messed up and I need to get it back on track. Normally up between 6-630 with my kid. I don't have to work until 1030 so sometimes I go back to sleep. But that messes up sleep for that night and I end up staying up super later because I'm not tired. So it's just a bad cycle nut hard to break.

how does a grown adult sleep until 1030 am during the week unless you're sick or have a massive hangover?

Even with a hangover, the only way I could possibly sleep until 1030 am is if I went to bed at 8 am

I dont use an alarm unless I have a flight to catch, an early meeting, or im going hunting/fishing. My internal alarm has me up as soon as the sun starts peeping through the shutters.

I get more sleep during this for sure. Normal schedule is wake up at 6 am. Workout in home gym setup/run a few miles. Online at 7:30 am after shower. Lunch time with wife/kids. Work until 5:30-6 pm. Family time. Go to bed at 10:30 pm. Rinse and repeat.

During normal routine, I am up at 5 am for a long commute and any working out is done at nite

I sleep 15-30 minutes later because I don't have to bring my little shite head to school. That ends Wednesday. And my monthly expense on coffee just about eats my gas expenses.
