Usually asleep by 11-11:30. Up at 7:20, online by 7:45 working
ETA before I was up at 6:15, leave by 6:50, commute for hour at least, at the office at 8.

3-5 hours a night. I never got enough sleep so this isn't anything new.

I work in the office M-W, then wfh thur and friday. Getting a nice rhythm and maintain The same sleep schedule. Midnight to 6 am.

10 hours a night. But I am unemployed so that makes it easier to pull off

Got plenty before, still get plenty now. Back in high school I used to run on like 5 hours a night. Ever since then though, I’ve never had problems getting a full 8 hours.

I’m getting much less sleep than before. I’m constantly worried that I’m going to have someone call in because they’ve been exposed and we have to quarantine them.
