My soon to be divorced sister in law (husband cheating with his best friend’s wife) is moving from a 4 bedroom house into a rent house with three daughters and can’t afford to hire movers. My 17 year old son and his friend are helping her move along with her best friend, her best friend’s husband, and her15 year old daughter. (I can only unpack boxes due to to genetic spinal stenosis.)

Anyway, considering only one uhaul and the number of movers and only 3 of them being male, how much should I pay my son’s friend and my son per hour for helping her move?

Give them each $50. It's not the standard fee but they'll get some spending money to chase tail and they'll be doing something nice for somebody

Assuming we are just talking about an afternoon's worth of work I'd probably give them $75-100 each.
