How much PTO does your employer let you roll over?

I currently have 117 hours (and adding), but we can only roll 40 hours to next year.
There aren’t many workdays left in the year.

It depends on how long you've been here but I think I can roll over 320 hours.

They pay you out though?

I don't technically have PTO, or vacations days, or sick days. We're kind of on a "use it, don't abuse it" system here. It seems to work well.
This is what happens when you have no HR. Everyone treats everyone like adults and we get our work done without unnecessary red tape.

All of it rolls over.
They do cap my vacation hours eventually and I'll stop accruing, but it's something absurd like 20 weeks worth.

240. I hope I never actually have that 240 to roll over.

Earn 12.25 hours a month, capped at like 180, it rolls over forever.

All of it rolls over. Would be nice if I could find some time to fricking use some of it.

however many you have rollover but it's capped at 400 total hours.

We can roll 40 hours but I have 240 hours left to take for this year.

“Unlimited PTO” is a trend even for big companies. First off they don’t have to carry the liability on their books. As “working hours” get blurred, employees require flexibility. Employers don’t care when the work is done, just that it’s done.

Looks like you should take the rest of the year off.
I've been with my company for less than 5 years so we can only accrue up to 200 hours. I'm at 140 right now but I am taking a week and a half for Christmas off.

That's dumb...so everyone starts each year with no time available to use. You have sick time that rolls over at least?
