No, no, it depends, and no.

What you described is very close to what death row is like in Louisiana, though.

I would argue solitary in a real prison i smuch more extreme. Plus the poker player kinda cheated and was able to hear a construction zone from his "room" so he was able to keep track of the time, more or less.

I am a loner by nature. I’m 41 and have lived alone since my senior year of college. SC with nothing to look forward to but returning to the general population afterwards would be tough. But a year of SC knowing that the day I get out I will have “frick you” money, yeah, no question I could do that.
