It all depends on how far you live from work and if you take your car on frequent road trips.

I probably won't put 10k mi on my car this year because we take my wife's car out of town. This is well below the national average.

Sold my last car earlier this year. 10 years old and just under 100k mi. The guy I sold it to kept saying stuff about the price because it was high mileage. I was like, no it's fairly low mileage for the age of the vehicle.

Drive about 40k a year . Maybe 12-13 is personal. I would say 15-20 is average

Truck is 28 years old with ~176,000 miles on it. So my average is about 6285 a year.

I've averaged 15k per year the last 3 years on mine. Used to be around 20k when I had to travel more.

When I travelled for work, I could easily put 25-30k on in a year, but I was reimbursed for mileage. I drove enough each month that it paid both car notes, insurance, and gas on mine and my wife's vehicles. But I had an SUV so it was easy to convince coworkers that 3 of us were not piling into a Civic or Accord for a week long trip out of town.

Now that I don't do that anymore, I'm averaging about 6k on mine, and around 12k on my wife's, but it is a van that we use any time we're all together and on any trips.

Would say that's under. Average is 15-20k a year

Average is between 12-15k from a resale value perspective I believe.

If you don't put at least 100K per year, then you're just a pussy.

When I was in sales, I put 25-29K on mine. Bought a new Camry in 2012. It has less than 29K on it.
