Why do people pay cash for vehicles when interest rates are so low? If rates were 5-6%, sure, pay cash. Not when they're 2%.

They have bad credit.

And are bad at math.

I'm trying not to be judgmental. Hell, you may be a millionaire.

I'm just thinking about it from my perspective. My wife and I make really good money combined and there is zero chance I'd spend $60k on a vehicle. Hell, we don't have $30k in vehicles between both of ours.

Well, I'm very comfortable , we'll put it that way. but when you're out truck shopping you will find out that $60K doesn't go very far. Yeah my poor dad about had a heart attack when I told him how much I paid for that truck. Mom wanted him to upgrade his 96 Chevy and he told her there was noway he would spend that kind of money on a truck. That's why he bought a 6 year old Chevy lol

that's almost too much on a car. i just don't see the point. 45k is about all i could justify. (not afford ... but justify) i probably won't get anything over $25k.... because i'm practical.

jk. i'm just poor.

I love friends like you. You get to pay for the vehicle, its upkeep, and gas, and i get to use it when I need it for the price of a six pack.

buy it.

make sure you get what fits into your budget. but this is all stuff you already know ...
