No bad. You'd be in debt no matter what. The oil field baws have no student loan debt, but they usually go buy a $50k loaded truck within a month from getting hired.
Six in one hand, half dozen in the other.

To be fair, I only gave the debt of my graduate studies. Combined with the 20k from Louisiana Tech (only that low because of TOPS) I have $60k worth in debt. So I'm in some steep pits.

I'd gladly take 100-200k to be a doctor pulling 300k+ a year by the time I'm in my low 30's. But you can be like my wife and have the same thing with an MBA and no experience (loans from undergrad and grad school with interest rolling for 6 1/2 years)! Yay for me.
She actually does a great job paying them off and we are lucky that we can live comfortably off of just my salary. But I think she'd be the first to warn that you really need to think about what you are doing. For the past 4 years, all she does is work to pay them off.

Do you even understand basic circuit theory
Of course I do. Mesh, Nodal, Op Amps, Kirchoff Laws, resistors, impedance and a whole lot more.

Where are you getting your MBA?

Considering the program he mentioned requires 10 years of payments while being employed, he's doing exactly that.
Plus it's for people in public service jobs, such as with government agencies and qualifying non profits. These jobs tend to pay less, and helping with student loans helps keep them filled with qualified employees. This isn't just a thing that pays huge sums for no reason.

That's still not too bad. If you get a decent job out of it, you can knock it down pretty quickly. Just be smart about it and pay as much as you reasonably can each month.
