Just answer the OP and tell him how much you make.

Different firms do it different ways. I'm sure some are sweatshops where they pay associates $55K. I'm sure some do profit sharing and the associates do really well. It just depends.

Is there a specific locale you’re asking about? I hear PI lawyers don’t make much in Yemen but do well in Sydney.

Declarant has the burden of proof. I posted reasons why plaintiff lawyers make society better already.

Lol, naming names would be problematic. I know of one chiropractor whose x-ray machine puts out over- (or under?) exposed x-rays so bad that you can’t even make out a spine on the films. That chiropractor testified how those X-rays revealed all these terrible conditions caused to that spine when plaintiff’s lifted F250 was backed into by a Mini Cooper reversing from a parking space at an apartment complex.

Yeah, all you plaintiff attorneys and doctors are pure as the wind driven snow.

A lot of people would not consider chiropractors medical doctors.

It’s naive to think some doctors, the ones who routinely treat patients sent by a PI lawyer, don’t treat people who aren’t really hurt. It’s just naive to think that. Of course the doctor maintains plausible deniability. The patient or his lawyer will never tell the doctor he isn’t really hurt. The patient will lie/exaggerate and say his back hurts etc. The doctor will diagnose a soft tissue, and patient will go drum up physical therapy costs.

Oh, I don’t either, but they are usually the first step to send for treatment while they figure out if they have more than minimal policy limits. Then they get that ortho/pain management referral once there’s confirmed additional money to get.

If it's true, it's not libel, so name names.

I triple dog dare you. Put up or shut up.

Uh-huh. I thought so. Shut up.

"It’s naive to think some doctors don’t treat people who aren’t really hurt"

"It’s naive to think some Trump supporters aren't racists"

"It’s naive to think some politicians aren't crooked scumbags"

Same arguments. Assumptions. I request proof.

For some reason, your user name makes me think of the last name of particular attorney with an office conveniently close to a set of such doctors who play the game. The father I can’t see being a tigerdroppings user, but the son probably would, and with the demeanor you project as well.

Since you’re so hard up for names, go ahead and put yours out there lol.
