Just drawers. I'd wear less but I don't want to get wet dream results on bed sheets.

Similar to what I do, but no earbuds. I sleep to AM talk radio on my alarm clock. Been doing it since I was a kid though since I was only allowed an alarm clock radio in my room. Couldnt sleep to music anymore. Ha.
As to the OP...my boxer briefs. Unless really cold i'll put on long johns and keep socks near. Mostly since I dont want to get out of under the covers in just my briefs in the morning. definitely lay there longer than I should. Ha.
Also...cant cover my feet as it helps me regulate my temp.

Just droz usually. Can’t stand wearing a t-shirt in the sack. I will wear socks after lubing my feet whenever I do have exceptionally dry skin on the feet.
