Yeah small amounts of caffeine aren't bad for you.
The source of the caffeine is what is bad for you (energy drinks and soda vs tea and coffee)

One Xyience in the AM drive to work. Some NO Explode before going to work out in the PM. Maybe 3 green teas during the day. No clue how much that is, but probably a frick ton.

It takes discipline to keep it to a small dose. Discipline coffee drinkers rarely possess.

I used to take them all the time.
Now I just limit it to when I'm traveling or road trips.
I try to limit myself to tea or coffee now for the most part.

You just stopped taking them one day? If I don't take them I feel like shite all day. If I take them, I feel good for a couple hours before I start feeling like shite.

6 oz cup of coffee about 8 with a sugar packet.
Sometimes ill get a shot after lunch too.
I work with a guy who drinks a pot before he comes to work and probably 1 1/2 to 2 pots at work.

Just my one cup of coffee in the morning, which I very rarely drink all of. After that, water the rest of the day with the occasional beer in the afternoon.

I have 3-4 cups per days for the last 32 years.
A study came out 5 or 6 years ago saying caffeine consumption was associated with reduced cirrhosis. A friend of mine is an MD who commented "that's exactly the message I do not want my patients to get."

About six to eight cups of coffee black. I work hospitals, jails, and courtrooms and that is usually what's available. Four cups of that is dark roast by pj's before I leave the house in the am.
When my father was alive and living next door our Bassett hound would actually go visit him every morning. Dad would fix him a cup of coffee with sugar and cream every day until my then wife started raising so much hell about it. Dog would have to stay outside for two to three hours until he pissed out the coffee.
