33 is my record. But before you call me out, here is my story:

When God started out making me, he must have been in a good mood. He gave me great hair, pretty face, nice jawline, board shoulders, nice chest.

Then, something happened to piss him off. By the time he got to my lower body he decided to make he a little bitch I have the pair of legs you would want as a 16 year old girl. So, pullups are easy for me

Your arms should be entirely extended at the bottom. Many people only go 3/4 or so of the way down and call that a pullup, but it's not.

My dad got drunk the other weekend and said he'd give me a dollar for every pull-up I could do. $21 later, he was regretting that bet

This made my day.

After 18 hours of pull-ups, Shapiro stopped, having put his chin above the bar 7,306 times.

Then he said "I'm pretty tired. I think I'll go home now."

35 in one set was one of my best. Could have probably beaten that if I trained specifically for it

Holy ish!

When I was at jump school I was so nervous because I could only do six or seven pull ups. I was benching around 365 at the time and weighing 250 lbs. The first time I pulled on the parachute risers, I was nearly halfway up the canopy.

Two things I've never been able to do, pull-ups and climb a rope.

Crazy thing is, I can yoga like a mofo, like seriously contort my body into weird positions for being such a big dude. Honestly some of the best exercise I've ever done for having a FUBAR'd back

If that's your goal look up Armstrong pull-up program it was designed by a Marine Corps Officer.

I do 20 dead hang pull-ups. That's our max for our PFT. It's not easy, I hated damn 17 year old kids when I was a recruiter watching them knock out 30+ (few of them did that)

Most I ever did was 18. I just couldn't those last two.

Well that sucked for the old PFT. I am sure you got the 6 minute miles though.

I can only do 3 sets of 10 but if I trained everyday as hard as he did I'm sure I could do 3 sets of 12.
