After you are 8 yes old, you probably should start to be weened off milk . If you go to Europe and places like France, Spain , Italy, they use a lot of milk and cream in their food, but most kids after 7 are not drinking it and neither or the adults. But a lot of the milk is raw especially outside the big cities.

Al Capone always said that he wanted in on the milk business. ..better profit margins than booze and more customers.

I actually liked buttermilk more than milk. As I grew older I became intolerant to milk products and now cheese in small quantities is about it for me. I do miss the days of buttermilk with cornbread or hushpuppies crumbled up in a glass.

One of my grandmas did. She would buy raw milk from a farmer and make her own products. I remember helping her churn butter when I was a small child.

Coincidentlly, I made a run to the grocery store this morning and they had some ultrapasteurized organic milk with a January 31 expiration date. Only $2 more than the regular so what the hell, I picked some up. Haven't tried it yet.
