Just got back from the 30A. I’m embarrassed for America. I can count on one hand the number of adults I saw who didn’t have fat backs.
I think you just triggered 87% of the SUVs and soccer moms in St. Tammany.

So this thread went from a dude who can only go to public access beaches, to calling out fatties, calling out pretentious beach-goers, to an OT superior physique check-in, and now we are on chem trails.
This is great!
This is great!

shite. BMI doesn't even account for gender.

The only thing I do differently is not walking to class everyday
That's a huge difference! Think about it. 20 miles or so a week? Shite adds up!
I put on 10 lbs first year out of school as well. It was definitely the lack of walking and informal exercise I'd get in college.

It bothers you that older men are fat. It bothers you that older men are fit. It seems there is a fine line of people that don't bother you. Pick a lane dude.

I'm 48 - 5'9" 168 and in the same shape as when I was 25 maybe even a little better.
I used to use age as an excuse as well when I was pushing 195 4 years ago but now know that is all it is an excuse.
Just takes effort and a strong will but I still enjoy good food and beer almost every weekend I just make sure I eat good during the week and workout with weights 3 days
The guy is correct though if you just look around most people are fat nowadays and I'm not talking just older people..
