I just got offered a job in Glacier Natl Park with the NPS this summer, and couldn't be happier. It got me wondering; how many of you are happy where you work?

Not my dream job but I am good at it, I am self-employed, and the business is doing well. I am satisfied with what I do.

I'm pretty close to mine. A conservationist.
I've been wanting to go to Glacier. I'll be in Yellowstone this summer

I'd say I do....but I never knew it was my dream job until I just kind of fell into it one day. I didn't go to school for it, I'm my own boss, I make really good money, and I work about 2-3 days a week.
The only issue I have with mine is that I figure I have 5-10 really good years left before technology and saturation start to make a negative impact, thereby making the job not so much my dream job when that happens.

Not working my dream job right now. But I'm in a job that will lead to my dream job down the road. I love going to work every day

Honestly, I can't really say that I know what my dream job would be.
I like my job and am very satisfied with the living that it provides, but I wouldn't do it if they didn't pay me.
I guess if I ever find a job that I would do even if they didn't pay me, that would be my dream job...if they would pay.
good luck on your summer job...that sounds like something you will be telling your grandkids about when you are old.

Dream career here--don't feel like I have a job.

Not my dream job.
Because I don't think being paid $$$$ to cuddle and feed all the baby animals at the zoo nursery exists
But I was pretty miserable at my last job and looked for another job. And found one that I really enjoy so far.

I travel around the country in a bus full of bikini models and oil them up before competitions.

No, mostly because my dreams don't involve jobs or work.

I wouldn't consider it my dream job, but I do enjoy my job most days. I'm damn good at what I do and it provides me a nice comfortable living. No complaints here.

Teaching at an A school, and coaching a team that we've turned into a respected winner. I love going to work everyday.

I am working my dream job. I get 5 weeks PTO, have a boss that doesn't care what I do as long as I sell and make really good money for not having a college degree. Honestly if it wasn't for my wife pushing me I would be working a 5:30 am till 5:00 pm job making 55k to 65k for the rest of my life. Instead I work about 35 to 40 hrs a week, make my own hours and make more money.
If anyone in the Baton Rouge market can halfway make a decision about your urinal cakes for your facility and wants a lunch at Ruth Chris hit me up.

I suppose. I've had my dream job a few times as it's evolved. Right now I think it's my dream job. Work location is in a beautiful bay, extremely low stress, utilizes me talents, great crew, lots of flexibility. Also has a good balance of indoors/outdoors.
