I’ll use a very small amount sometimes in order to freshen up my air a little and make it lay down flat on days when I don’t shower.
It’s actually pretty convenient when you don’t have time to take a full shower and don’t want your hair to be sticking up all over. I wet the hair and then spray a small amount of the shampoo.

I had no idea there was such a thing so put me in the no camp.

My wife put some in my hair before an outdoor family photo because my hair went berserk in the wind and humidity. She had it in her purse and insisted, as I was "going to ruin the family pictures".
I'd be lying if I wasn't impressed. But I've never done it before or since.

I've only used it after surgery when it was hard for me to shower. Thats about the only time i would use it. Otherwise i just stick to my all in one body wash/shampoo/conditioner/engine degreaser.

I use Vidal Sasson mousse. But I’m not a filthy hippy that skips showering.

I used it in hospital after I had abdominal surgery.Couldn’t bathe or shower, would take a sponge bath and dry shampoo for my hair.
Kept me looking presentable.

But what does it do
Makes your hair not oily. Added benefit is it makes it look thicker.
Normally i just use a cornstarch based body powder. Put it in my hands and run it through my hair.

It is really good for chemotherapy patients.
Beyond that, it isn't great.
