I went to USM and Ole Miss but cUSA games sucked arse and the Grove is shite unless you like Sams club sandwich trays and KFC. Plus it’s hard to find good live crawfish and the pronounce Lafayette wrong.

Class of 1991
BA Political Science, minor in Russian

That minor with fluency in Russian was really helpful. Graduated just in time for the collapse of the Soviet Union and Uncle Sam went from searching to hire Russian linguists to Arabic, Urdu, and Pashtu in a hurry. (Dammit!)

youngins delt with the Reggie phone registration system. In 1967 it was computer punch cards. When the particular desk ran out the class was full

I had to pull those freaking cards at the Assembly Center my freshman year in '86. Totally sucked. Reggie could be a pain in the arse too if your phone only made clicks instead of emitting a tone when the buttons were pressed.

I didn’t. Parents are from Louisiana but I grew up in Mississippi. Would have loved to go to LSU, though.

Yep. Started in 2008. Majored in English, concentration in Literature. Minor in history.

Fun fact: Wrote my senior capstone presentation on the myth of the binary gender system WAY before any of this shite was mainstream.

LSU turned me leftie; Covid turned me far rightie. Doubt I ever go back to the other side. They’re deranged.

Both sides have several issues.

The world isn’t red vs. blue.

Every issue isn’t black or white. There are several grey areas in issues.

Balance and moderation in politics is key for a healthy mental health.

Same with caffeine, alcohol, gambling, etc. moderation and nothing in excess is usually very healthy for one’s mental health.

bout 70%+ of LSU fans on here never went to school there. The t shirt fans couldn’t even locate Baton Rouge on a map

That’s the good thing about Aggy. They have no tshirt fans. If you see a dude wearing a ag shirt, the only thing to be confused about is his sexuality.
