Introducing Amazon Halo. It monitors the following:

Body Composition - Measure body fat percentage, a better indicator of health than weight or BMI alone.
Activity - Track the intensity & duration of your movement plus sedentary time.
Sleep - Analyze patterns like how often you wake up during the night.
Labs - At-home workouts, guided meditations, sleep sounds, and other ways to stay healthy from experts like Lifesum, SWEAT, and Headspace.
Tone - Analyze qualities of your voice like energy and positivity to help strengthen communication.

All hail our AI rulers. May they grant us mercy and make good use of our earthly bodies.

If it can be bested by a claw hammer, it isn't an "Overlord".

"Skynet" already exists. It's in the stages of learning every possible detail about you and how you operate. Its' thoughts will become yours in time.

I was excited about it due to its low price and low monthly fee but it doesn't measure heart rate variability which I have found to be exceedingly helpful with training. Until it does I will stick to my Oura ring.

People are trying to be so #healthy that they don’t see their giving all their info to Amazon who I’m sure has no evil intentions at all

Nope they don’t store any info.

If Jeff Bezos wants to whack it to my body fat % I’m ok with that.

Great, a device that can monitor your statements in real time to determine if you are enthusiastically regurgitating the dogmas of the day. Small electrical shocks will be administered in response to any percieved "hate speech" or heterodoxy.

It actually says in the description that it doesn't have a screen in order to avoid distraction
