800 mg every 6-8 hours if you're in pain. Make sure you eat/drink. It can hurt your stomach pretty bad if you don't.

I HAD to run a 5k today and woke up not being able to walk .. I took enough this morning to get me moving and made it through the race (mostly walking and limping) but I'm hurting now... I've already taken 4000 MGs ... Guess I shouldn't take any more

Yea ... It's not uncommon I take ten in the morning but I doubled up today because I had too stupid race this morning and I can't walk right now ... I was hoping that I could take a few more and it may help me move but I guess I shouldn't ... Guess I will go see the doc tomorrow
