I was the only one at the restaurant that night out of my buddies...I do know she was mad that I hit it and quit it because she was telling the girls I went see at Fox that night a few days later how she liked me, etc. They pretty much told her I had ZERO interest and she got upset.

I had a close call but it opened my eyes. This girl started hanging out around our friend group in college and immediately started flirting heavily with me and another guy. I didn't respond to it but the other guy was really into her, and she started to lead him on. Had him buy her dinner, drinks, but never hooked up with him.
One night we're all hanging out drinking, he's buying her drinks, everyone is pretty sauced. People start to head home at 2am and she leaves alone. I get a text a few minutes later from her that I should come over. In hindsight it was a shitty thing but at that point I was ready to go.
Get there and she's obviously wasted, and about to pass out. I consider turning around but its past 3am at this point and I'm exhausted and figure I will just crash. I'm just about to fall asleep when she gets out of bed, takes ALL of her clothes off, and then climbs on top of me and starts trying to make out. Honestly at this point I am convinced she's about to puke on me so I kinda shift out from under her, and within a min or two she's out cold with nothing happening.
I leave around daylight the next day, she's already awake and awkwardly lets me out. Couple hours later get a text "did anything happen last night?" I respond "nope".
Her: "Well if it did I was really drunk and you knew that and that's not cool."
Me: "That's why I slept with my clothes on, don't text me anymore."
She stopped hanging out with our group after that, I guess she figured I told people and they would think she was a whore for using the other guy.

I have nephew and him and two friends did 5 years in Angola for a false rape charge. They finally got the charges dropped because the witness recanted her story. Some fricked up shite.

She was 100% at fault for her own actions yet its clear she was ready to start blaming you if anything whatsoever happened.

A friend had something like that happen. He was hooking up with a married chick and when her husband found out she claimed rape. The husband called and told him that she said he raped her and my friend told him how wife was a whore and any other communication would have to be through his lawyer. Never heard from them after that.

Had a friend take on a false rape charge in court. Cost him lots of money and has significantly delayed his finishing his education. Had to contact all the news outlets after the charges were dropped to get them to remove the articles about him that were still online. Just madness. Identities should be kept confidential until the charges stick.
