Just keep a consent form on your phone or person. Use a crypto contract for a binding agreement.

Yeah, because someone submitting a anonymous story is 100% telling the truth lol

I feel you on that. I had a girl #metoo me a few years back. Basically I knew her because she worked next door at Fox and the Hound. Anyway, it's 4th of July and she comes to the pool with a buddy of mine. It's a large group of us all drinking and hanging out. Well, I decide I am going see some other friends that worked at Fox and she asked to join. Sure, why not. Anyway, she ended up coming home with me later and initiated the sexy time.

I never got her number, attempted to call her, etc. She ends up sleeping with the buddy of mine she came with a week or so later then a few more of my buddies over the next few months.

Years later I am sitting at Chimes hanging out, eating dinner and a friend that worked there informed me that ole girl was going around the restaurant (she worked there at this point) telling people I raped her that night. I literally get up from the table and confront her right then and there. She eventually apologized and said it wasn't rape (via facebook messenger) a week or so later. I was absolutely livid because that shite is not fricking cool just because you regret your decisions does not equal rape.

Im at the point that unless theres a clear abduction type situation i'm skeptical. And kid situations like the Guatemalan immigrant in the news who got thru the border with his "11yo daughter," but turns out he was using her to take advantage of our stupid laws. Raping and abusing her.

A drunk chick though...just suck it up at this point for putting yourself in the situation.

people are held responsible for their actions while they are drunk unless it is a woman having sex. I'm not talking about fricking a passed out girl...that is obviously rape. i'm talking about two people having a few drinks and then some drunk sloppy sex. maybe she wouldn't have done that sober but really to charge the guy with rape is a travesty.

At least for my situation, I think she only did it for attention. She would tell people she was a "model" when clearly she was not. It's that kind of shite though that can completely ruin someone's life forever. To me, in cases that it is proved the woman is lying, they should face charges with the same length of sentences as a person accused of rape would. If people faced jail time for lying, and I am not talking about filing a fake police report, it would happen less.

I do feel bad for the women that are actually raped (like the woman in the Stanford swimmer's case) because they are true victims and the guilty need to actually be punished.

Sounds like the boyfriend should’ve beaten her up

Regret=rape

I honestly believe that if we continue on the current path that we are on with "me too" and "every woman deserves to be believed", regardless of the existance of evidence that having sex under false pretenses will become a form of rape. For example, telling a woman that you want a relationship when in reality you're planning to hit and quit it, or making a gold digger think you're "OT rich" when in reality you're "bama board poor".

Hopefully if that day ever comes, we will be able to return the favor, or at least be able to seek relief thru civil court (i.e., "I would have never slept with her if she wasn't hiding the fat with spanx".

and how are you supposed to run a D-1 football program if you can't pay the girls to recant their story?

This cannot be overstated.

Kid took a beating and was forced to move towns.... for what?

And frankly he is lucky as frick... wow, lucky to take a beating and be forced out of town...... all because some piece of shite whore cheated on her boyfriend..

But it could have been worse, she could have continued the lie, or her parents could have heard and pressed charges.

This young man's life would be RUINED. I don't think people realize this. frickING RUINED. I thankfully left corp America, but I was a regional level manager for a few very large corps, and I had to reject applications for quite a bit of applicants with "Sex offender" stamped on their ID.

Now I'm wondering, how many of these guys were sick twisted fricks that deserve to suffer daily, and how many are innocent guys that have had their lives shattered over doing nothing wrong??

Yes, we need to protect women, but we certainly need to find a way to punish those who are making it all up.

How about due process? You know, making the accuser give some sort of tangible proof and not making the accused guilty in the court of public opinion until he has actually been tried.

Sorry bro, but that sounded funny.

That's a tough one to stomach no doubt.

I agree, but that will never happen. IMO, I wish there was some kind of registry people would have to be on for falsely accusing people of serious shite. Like rape, etc..

She feels sick about it. But not sick enough to stop lying and clear the guy.

Attention and entitlement. It's part of a recipe for social disaster.

I knew a few girls in high school who cried rape because of guilt. I knew a girl who was raped and some guys videoed it and shut her up in shame so it never got reported. It’s a fricked up world.
