quote:

A drinking straw, how many holes?

There is no hole because there is no straw. There is nothing. The straw is a figment of your imagination, a ruse your mind created to deal with the pain of your own existence. You need the straw to be there just to keep the fragile eggshell that is your mind from shattering into a infinite number of razor sharp shards ripping apart your identity and leaving you a blank, drooling blob of vegetative flesh. So your mind tells you the straw is there. Even though deep down in the darkest recesses of your soul, places you dare not look because you know the terrifying monsters that lurk there, you know there is no straw. There never was a straw. There never will be a straw.

None.

A straw is a hollow cylinder.

All of you saying none are just wrong. Surely a ring has a hole, and a straw is just a long ring.

At the atomic level every object has countless holes.
