I drink one large mug of strong coffee every day...on very rare occasions (if it is very cold), I drink a second cup, but generally don't make it all the way through the second.

Between 6 and 10 a day.
I wake up at 5:00am and have between 2 and 4 cups before getting everyone up.
Usually have a cup between then and the time I head to the office.
Have a cup on the way to the office.
How many I have at the office generally depends on how busy of a morning it is.
