How many bathroom breaks is too many in a work day?

I usually have to shite once in the morning after my coffee, but i dont really have to pee but 2-4 times or so during the work day.
However, every time i seem to go to the bathroom our logistics manager is in the stall for what seems like hours upon ends. The guys who work in shipping with him says he takes around 4 shits a day.
Is this natural? We are always supposed to be in communication with this guy, but he rarely answers his phone and always seems to be on the toilet.
Should management inquire into this?

I probably pee 5-8 times a day plus one shite (usually), but granted it I drink a least a gallon if not more of water everyday.

I drink ice water at work all day so I probably pee more than most. It seems like I go more often than I used to when I was a little younger too.
I don't usually shite at work unless it's an emergency. I prefer my own bathroom at home.

I take one 20-25 minute shite break after my coffee runs through me and probably 8-10 piss breaks. I drink probably 2 gallons of water per day though.

I used to have a manager early in my career that was a chain smoker. My colleague and I would keep a timer on our desk and start it when she’d go outside for one of her smoke breaks and stop it when she returned.
We did this for a month. She averaged just over 8 HOURS a week on smoke breaks. That is a full day of paid vacation each fricking week.
Unreal.

She'd take 4-5 smoke breaks a day and would turn them into social events with other smokers. Our company also makes you walk across the street from our property to smoke, so the whole ordeal takes a good bit.

I do drink a ton of water at work as well, but I find myself holding it as long as i can before i go make the haul to the bathroom

Absolutely not. When a robot worker is perfected, they’re free to hire one. Until then, humans have to poop- some more than others and/or with more difficulty. It’s a personal matter. At best, they can institute a no phones in the John policy (under the guise of protecting employee privacy.

I average 6 shits a day. 2 before 6 AM and another around 8 after I am settled into the office.
#4 comes around 10 AM, followed by #5 around 2 PM (which is quickly approaching). The last one is usually around 6:30 PM just before my last meal of the day.
Each shite I take averages 10 minutes. Therefore, I am on the shitter approximately 30 minutes per work day. Work does not stop while I am taking a shite, however. Often times, I accept phone calls while shitting but always sending and responding to work related emails while I am shitting. Once my inbox is cleaned out and emails filed in their respective folders, I will occasionally browse tiger droppings.com to see what is occurring in the world.

Well, there's the post coffee shite when I get there, one after lunch, the mid-afternoon piss and the midmorning piss. If you think I'm going through the day without rubbing one out, you're sorely mistaken. Sometimes I get a morning and an afternoon "me time" in.
So, seven is too many, I guess.
