I have two grudges that I think will go to the grave with me.
It's hard not to act on those grudges.

That’s not helping you. Let it go.

Grudges are poison. Keeping them only spreads the poison to yourself. Not saying you have to forget, but don’t let it consume you.

The best revenge really is living well. Letting go of hate is freeing.

So you carry hard menial labor with you? That sounds like it could be helpful in some situations

When someone steals $250k from you it's pretty easy to hate them until you die.

Still seething with rage at the woman who gave my elderly parents the Coronavirus. Takes all my self control not to choke the shite out of her.

Anger corrodes the vessel it’s stored in, but when a man has a pet peeve, it’s amazing how often he pets it. It’s a real conundrum.

Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

I will always hold a grudge with my son's mother and how she played the family court system to get money and tried to keep my son away from me throughout his childhood. I hope carma continues to frick her up her arse.

Seems like you would have typed frudge.
The F is closer than the D. But then it would have spell checked to fridge.

There is tremendous power in not letting someone else have control over you.
