Which means you both have a sense of humor and don’t mind laughing at yourselves. Critical!!

We’ve been married 32 years, together 37. When there are problems (and there will be), you work them out and don’t toss the relationship out of the window. I also chose the right person — he puts up with me (no small task, especially early in our relationship) but I, in turn, do the same. We’ve raised 2 great, productive kids (now self-sufficient, productive adults, both LSU grads who bleed purple & gold) and are empty nesters waiting for grands to show up. We just finished a 5 week road trip and had a blast. And we laugh. A lot.

40 years in June.

59 and still single

20 years total, two wives, with both for 10 years. Im 36. ??

If this one ends never again but it's not sooo I guess I learned something the first go around.

Only married once. This June it will be 35 years. You are not as right as you think you are. They are not as wrong as you think they are. Learn to compromise and forgive.

One of our secrets to staying together is we only fight when we’re blackout drunk so we’ve never been in a fight
