I'm in far to good physical condition for this to be true.
My best friend’s brother in law had a stroke last year at 33 years old. Lost use of his left arm and is still doing physical therapy twice a week. His hobby was triathlon’s. Also, Teddy Bruschi was a linebacker that had to retire for a bit during his prime due to strokes. Fitness has nothing to do with it. Stress has a lot to do with it.
