I work remote, so I wake up when I wake up. But if I'm not working that day, I will allow/force myself to go back to sleep. Still.. not usually past 11am at the absolute latest.

On work days, I stay up the first time my body naturally awakes. Roughly 8AM.

I wake up for 6:30 every morning Mon-Fri for work because I have to.

If I don't have work, I can sleep til noon.

I'll be 42 soon, have kids and me too. I usually wake up at 6 and realize it's the weekend and roll back over and go back to sleep. It feels good.

Well baws, I managed to get my arse out of bed at 11:15. I got dressed, went outside, and promptly ran 2 miles with Miss TT08. I could stand to lose a few lbs anyway, so extra benefit there.

If one of the three kids isn’t up usually 8-815 regardless of what time I go to bed. Rare that they sleep that late though. Take what we can get then it’s available

On weekends if I don't set an alarm I will naturally get up sometime between 6-8am. I'll also usually go to bed sometime before 10-11 on weekends unless have other plans.

I actually like getting up early on the weekends. It's quiet and peaceful. Can lounge around reading with a cup of coffee for a little while and still have the rest of the day ahead of me.

I naturally wake up at 6ish everyday. Sometimes I can go back to sleep sometimes not. But I'll never complain about a lazy morning watching Netflix in bed until around 9 am.

I wake up at 2am for work. When I am off I usually wake up around 4 or 5. On vacation around 6 or 7.

It’s just how my body is wired. Always has been. There are some weekend mornings I’d like to sleep in, but I just can’t.

I actually love it. My wife and kids are sleepers in the mornings, so I usually get a few hours of peace and quiet to myself every Saturday and Sunday morning.

My 12 year old daughter slept until 12:30 today.
