Research on the stimulus checks shows that people spend about half of the checks,

It is highly unlikely that direct stimulus payments will be seriously considered.

You're shitting me, right?

Biden's people we already mulling over sending out gas cards, but they couldn't due to a chip shortage.

It's interesting how your takes are so consistently terrible. You and mmmbeeer are always neck and neck.

Fair. I think about that every time I see shitty highways or bridges here in the US.
Improper thought.

We HAVE to send billions to Ukraine.

We've already given more to Ukraine than we spend on infrastructure in a given year.

You don’t understand!

If we don’t support Ukraine, the USSR will be rolling into Paris any day now!

We have to dump all that money into a country that the majority of this country can’t find on a map!

WE HAVE TO!!

Infrastructure isn’t as important!

Gosh darn terrible idea and they cannot do it. I’ve been saying if they do this it’ll be like a “gas rebate” card or something which is still an awful idea

He isn’t the problem.

The issue is all of the morons, like the ones in the Ukraine/Russia thread.

He's definitely part of the problem.

The other problem is that we've got a large group of people who have been wanting to go to war with a nuclear super power because their candidate lost an election and they don't want to accept it.

You talking about the Trump supporters?

Hell, the progressives are full on warmongering over Ukraine right now.

I haven’t been over there much in a long time, but I thought the PT Board was largely anti-involvement.

Are the Trumpers clambering for war with Russia as well?

No, Hillary supporters.

And, yes. The left hasn't seen a war in the last decade that they didn't want to be a part of.

Agreed.

It is why people like Jimmy Dore have been excommunicated.

It's insane that I find myself agreeing with that whacko super progressive more than I do with an establishment Republican politician.
