I like the look of the houses in BRF. Definitely not like 90% of the cookie cutter stuff going up around there.

I honestly didnt know they had houses for less than 500k in there.
Big lots, big homes. Relative to the smaller neighborhoods around it.

ha, thats my buddies families house, had some wild parties there back about 18 years ago...
yes, very nice subdivision, pretty pricey, still have to either deal with madisonville bridge or I12 traffic though

nah, I just remember you posting about working in Bogalusa and living on the northshore. I would highly suggest not going further west than 190. Having to deal with the interstate and/or highway traffic between 190 and 21 will be a big headache.

i know about 5 families in there. Nice area for sure. Watch the flood zones up in there.
eta: all the families love living in there that i know for sure, kids all play together, pretty family friendly.
