Thought he was screwing with me at first.

As for now, the cheapie apartment complexes have brought it down but the parish is trying to make it over. We'll see.

because it's 684 inches from Metarie Bucktown (17 yards from Fat City)

Fat city is great if you want Asian food or Mexican. There isn't much else anymore.
