How is EA Sports allowed to sell a game that will not load

And play.... makes zero sense. My nephew wanted a 2007 version of Tiger Woods golf. My 2019 PC says that it was installed but won’t play......

Just because you can’t figure out how to make legacy software run on a new OS and hardware doesn’t mean they shouldn’t sell it.
