I have been researching this issue for years and have decidedly concluded that more research is needed.

Sam's Club carries a good one. Also use flushable wipes as a backup. Just in case.

Extremely important. Angel Soft is the brand of choice.

Bonus Question: do you use dry paper, wet wipes or both?

I start with paper and finish with wet wipes.

Apparently my kids believe actual wash cloths, gi joes, and barbies can be flushed down the toilet. Nothing I enjoy more than snaking out a clogged water pipe in 20 degree weather.
