My UCL hurts just thinking about that.

not sure how old you are but if you topped out at 74 and haven't thrown a lot you prob can't hit 60

I threw a 98 mph breaking ball, a 96 mph sinker, and a 94 mph change up 3 years ago. I could probably hit a consistent 105 to 106 mph fastball

When I actually played, I could hit close to 80.

Today (10 years post any competitive baseball), maybe 60 or 65 if I had to guess

I have never seen how fast I can throw. I'm kind of curious. I have always had kind of a strong throwing arm for a fairly unathletic normal person, although I concentrated more on football. Where would one go to get this checked out?

I was on the highway the other night and threw a ball past a speed sign. Told myself if I threw it over 90mph, I'd go try out for the majors. Sign said I threw it 78mph and then I went home.

I'm 29. I've hit 91 and stayed upper 80's throughout my 20's pitching. Now I have more shoulder trouble than I care to think about. I can still hit 82-83 but it hurts. I moved to catcher in my has beens over 18 league and now my knees are terrible. Last season though.

Wasn't a pitcher, hit 93 from across the diamond once. Now, my arm would literally fall off if I tried doing that. They say it's an unnatural motion, I didn't believe them back then, now I see.
