If my husband wouldn't murder me, my tree would be up.

I look at it this way.

Who gives a frick? Putting them up now doesn’t hurt anyone. If you enjoy them, put them up. I’m putting mine up next weekend because I enjoy them. If you are going to go through the hassle, why not have them up for awhile?

My wife already has everything up inside our house but the tree. I don’t give a shite and she’s happy, so it’s fine with me. My only complaint is she keeps turning on the Hallmark Christmas movies.

Tree and other decorations will go up after thanksgiving.

Just decorate in purple and gold and no one will say anything.

We’ve watched 4 of them already. My favorite was the author who got amnesia and had to spend Christmas jn this beautiful Vermont town until her publishers in New York saw her in Tv. Cheesy. Sure. But it’s Christmas and I love it.

Maybe I'll do the little tree today. I feel like that's a good compromise.

Saturday after Thanksgiving to December 31.
Same rule should apply to retailers.

There's a house on my street that put them up yesterday. I'll probably wait until the week of Thanksgiving

it was always the day after thanksgiving for everyone i know.

i will put them up the day before TG if the weather forecast is bad for the day after, bu ti have done it a week before TG a time or two. bottom line is i would put them up whenever you feel like it but i dont turn them on until the day after TG no matter when i hung them

While the kids are in the middle of trick or treating might be a bit too early.

Sorry that was me.

I started hanging the lights and testing the inflatables.

I found a bad string of lights so it will wait till next weekend for the nightly lighting.
