I wish I could get just one. Besides the waiting list, the church thing screws the deal for me.

Well they do have 100 people working at a time. Also the wait at the window is fast. Overall service is slow. Time it from the time you place your order to receiving order. It's like 5-10 minutes each time in drive thru during peak.

You have to work your way up, and basically become a slave for the owner. Make about 40k a year for 10-20 years, and you might have a 1 in 20000 shot at an open store.

If you work there 10 years you don't get your own store. You become eligible to apply for a store.

How much does a store owner typically make?

I know Dugas the VP of chick fil a, that's how I know. Also, they have like 5,000 applications for owning a store and they only open like 20 new stores a year. It's a very hard process to own a store.

I swear, I think Burger King goes out of their way to hire barely functional retards.

The interwebz told me 10% of earnings. Each store averages 3.5 MM. After 10 years of running an awesome store, you are eligible to open another. 5 years after that, a third. You are capped at 3.

So after signing your soul away to CFA for 30 years, it's possible to make close to a million a year

They are actually robots programmed to do the following:

1. Pray daily
2. Not curse
3. Be clean
4. Make great food
5. Say "My Pleasure" frequently

Every Chik Ful A I've been to has had great service, including one in Memphis staffed by all blacks. The only time I've had mediocre service was at the College Dr one but eveything on College Dr sucks.

Yes. It was saying the operators don't do shite. Collect money. Most of the stores are ran by managers hoping to one day open a store. CFA maintains the store, and 90% of the cash.

Guy I know from MS just got one, has to move to Texarkanna, TX, but hey, he has his own store. Also didnt work there 10 years.

As for how they have more efficient worker - one, they do enough volume, which solves a lot of problems. two, they are so busy, they are allowed to prepare a bunch of stuff at a time without risking it going into waste. it starts at the top with their management. really, it started when the concept was born and they created that culture in the workplace

We know the same guy, sort of. I don't know him personally, but I know his wife from some professional functions. He seems like a really stand up guy. He didnt work at the one here for all that long....few years, but not 10.

He must be that 1 in 10000 craka, cause it seems like 10 years is the norm. Maybe that is an average.

I've been to chic fil a's all over the country, and the one on college is the absolute worst by far. Terrible service, generally bad food product, slow as molasses.

Whoever owns that one makes a killing off the chic fil a name simply because of location, but doesn't deserve it.
