I say Yah ma Ha and have never heard it any differently. My GF and all her people from new Iberia say Yam a ha. Most redneck shite I’ve ever heard. Is this a Louisiana thing that I haven’t noticed for 8 years or are they just coonasses.

The correct Japanese way to pronounce any word is to put the accent on no syllables, or maybe just the first.
So, YA -ma -ha

New Iberia is not real. It's a fever dream that we've all slipped into a time or two.

I’m from New Iberia originally. I say Yah ma haw, but most of my people down there say yam a ha though.
