I feel like I usually just say "That's not" or "he's not" instead of isn't. Just feels more natural to say.

I have tried to change, but still say ain’t, ittent (isn’t), dutent (doesn’t), and y’all.

It’s interesting that people from Louisiana can often recognize who is from LP, Chalmette, Lafayette, New Orleans, Monroe, etc just by their accent.
