The Baton Rouge lab owner, Malena Lepetich, 38, of MedLogic, LLC. was indicted for several things related to her laboratory. How, (if possible) can you keep up with what is going on? For instance, did she have to post bail, has she pleaded down, when is the trial set, etc. All I know is she was arrested and accused.

Go to the courthouse and look at the record.

I’m going to give you a straightforward and analytical response: I don’t know

It depends on the court. Some records are online, some aren't.

Asking for and getting kickbacks for referrals for medically unnecessary testing of urine specimens
Offering to pay kickbacks for referrals of specimens for COVID and respiratory pathogen testing
Causing the submission of over $10 million in claims for expensive respiratory testing that wasn't medically necessary to Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana.

According to the Advocate, she's being prosecuted in the Middle District of Louisiana, which is federal. You would need to ask someone with PACER access who was willing to run the searches for you. I actually have no clue whether you can show up in person and make a records request.

Hey JD. She stole $143,000,000 through fake billing, bribes, etc. (Allegedly. She put it all in BTC, put it in a wallet, hid the wallet, and will live like a pig, as soon as she can bribe a few judges, prosecutors, etc.
