Sounds like he may be paranoid schizophrenic. He needs help, talk to his family. That’s about all you can do. Sorry, it’s a horrible disease, so difficult to treat because they don’t believe anything is wrong with them.

Schizophrenia is delusions and hallucinations and paranoia. Multiple personality disorder is in fact multiple personality disorder. It is also called disociative identify disorder. I know someone that has schizophrenia. Wouldn't take his lithium which he was prolly oversubscribed. He was institutionalized for a bit and um putting a normal human in one of those would make them crazy. shite sucks but he is doing better now.

Paranoia is tough, at so many levels.
Try to get him to see a medical professional who can prescribe medication but don't he surprised if you meet total and complete resistance - part of the illness, the paranoia that is
